A 1 hour class with a skilled martial arts and self defense instructor.

Gather friends, colleagues, and anyone who might be interested.

While we encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothing, these techniques are designed for everyday use, so you can wear anything you might wear in your daily life.

Learn basic techniques you will remember and be able to practice with a partner you trust.

Preferred group size: 5-10, but larger groups can be accomodated.

How does this Differ from other self defense classes?

These events are meant to boost confidence, develop situational awareness, and encourage participants to think differently when navigating our world.

This class is safe, designed for individuals with no martial arts experience and is not meant to intimidate or scare participants.

Classes are taught by a female instructor who understands the challenges and realities of being a woman and navigating our world.
